-20 lbs Sausage (Your choice - Mild or Hot, and may substitute up to 10 lbs in Maple links, Chorizo, Hot or Mild Italian Brat Grillers and/or up to 5 lbs Bratwurst)

-1 Boston Butt Roast (about 5-7 lbs) *May substitute roast for 4 more lbs sausage

-1 Bone-in Ham Roast (about 5-7 lbs) *May substitute roast for 4 more lbs sausage

-4 packs (2 cuts/pk) Bone-In Pork Chops (0.8 - 1 lbs)

-2 packs (2 cuts/pk) Blade Steaks (0.5 - 1 lbs)

-2 packs (3-4 cuts/pk) Coppa Cutlets 

-4 packs (2 cuts/pk) Tenderloin Butterfly Filets (0.6 - 0.8 lbs)
