Fill your freezer with our 1/2 Hog Share Bundle! This includes 45+ lbs meat plus soup bones, lard, AND 1 Kunekune Kandle of your choice!

Bundle includes: 

-20 lbs Sausage (Your choice - Mild or Hot, and may substitute up to 10 lbs in Maple links, Chorizo, Hot or Mild Italian Brat Grillers and/or up to 5 lbs Bratwurst)

-2 ROASTS - Boston Butt Roast OR Sirloin Roast or Bone-In Fresh Ham Roast (about 5-7 lbs each) *May substitute either roast for 4 more lbs sausage

-4 packs (2 cuts/pk) Bone-In Pork Chops (0.8 - 1 lbs)

-2 packs (4-6 cuts/pk) Coppa Cutlets (0.5-1 lbs each pack)

-4 packs (2 cuts/pk) Tenderloin Butterfly Filets (0.6 - 0.8 lbs)

-4 lbs Cured & Smoked Peppered Bacon PLUS 2 pks (about 0.6 lb each) Cured & Smoked Peppered Jowl Bacon 

-1 - 2 pk Spare Ribs (about 2 lbs total)

-2 qts Lard, Rendered OR about 20 lbs frozen Chunk Back Fat
